SHAKTI
An honest police officer refuses to give in to a kidnappers demand, even though his only son is the victim. The young boy somehow escapes from kidnappers, his fathers words of refusal still ringing in his mind. The boy grows up alienated, rebellious, wanting to have nothing to do with his father. The rift between the father and the son keeps widening, with the hapless mother caught in the crossfire. When the mother is killed, her son vows vengeance. The father and the son come face to face in an explosive climax. This film has two of Indias foremost actors in stellar roles, Dilip Kumar as the honest police inspector and Amitabh Bachchan as the angry young man. This is the only film they have appeared together till date.

SATTE PE SATTA
After the passing away of their parents, Ravi Anand, the eldest of seven brothers, takes it upon himself to raise them - albeit a little wild and kinda animal-like. The brothers all sport long beards, hate taking showers/baths, and above all hate Ravi bossing them around. When Ravi tries to convince Nurse Sheela to marry his friend, Shekar, he mistakenly lectures the wrong girl, Indu, and as result Ravi falls head over heels in love with her. But Indu is not available to marry any stinky creep, who has not washed himself in weeks, so Ravi shaves, washes, dresses up smart, successfully woos Indu and marries her. After the marriage, Indu is shocked when she gets to meet the rest of his terrifying brothers, all the more when Ravi did not even mention that he had more than one brother. Nevertheless, Indu decides to make a go of this marriage, instills some sense and responsibility amongst the brother and soon becomes pregnant. Then her wheel-chair bound friend, Seema Singh, and five of her girlfriends come over to stay with them, resulting in some more changes taking place, this time with the rest of the brothers - who too smarten up like Ravi and start wooing Seema's friends. Then one day Ravi is abducted by Seema's paternal uncle, Ranjit Singh and his men, and held in an underground cellar on an isolated island. The person who takes Ravi's place is his look-alike, an ex-convict, Babu. His mission to find Seema and kill her so that Ranjit can claim her inheritance, and if necessary, kill anyone else who dares to oppose him.
MAJBOOR
Ravi Khanna (Amitabh Bachchan) lives happily with his widowed mother, wheelchair-bound sister (Farida Jalal) and younger brother. He suffers from a terminal brain tumor, and has only 6 months to live. In an effort to provide for his family, he takes the responsibility of a murder that he has not committed to collect the ransom money of Rs. 500,000. He leaves a trail for the police to follow and he is convicted. While in prison he gets an attack and the jail authorities take him to the hospital where he undergoes a successful operation. Now, he is a confessed criminal for abduction, ransom and murder, which he himself planted himself. In order to save himself from the death penalty, he runs away from the hospital in search of the real murderer. He gets help from a thief named Michael (Pran). After many twists and turns, the plot unfolds, where the true identity of the criminal is revealed and Ravi Khanna is a free man.

Friendship between Shanker and Gauri develops in likeness and this likeness takes the colour of LOVE. Real Love begins where nothing is expected in return. So does our heroine Gauri, but Shanker whose first doesnt want Gauri to depend on him because his path is full of thorns. His every step is being watched and anytime a tiny bullet can finish him. Ultimately, that bullet comes. The bullet was fired for somebody else but brushes Shantis neck. Shanti–Shankers sister, who was getting married.
